I Just Received A Call From eBay!!

Here i am making Hurricane preparations & determining whether to evacuate or not, And i get a call from eBay!

It seems my other acct is past due 30 days! 234.00 They wanted to collect pmt for it.

Jeez.. I guess the poor girl did not know we were making evacuation plans, but even though i told her we were supposed to stay off the phones unless it was an emergency, she still insisted on knowing when i would be able to pay it!

When she did that, I would of gotten nasty mouth with her and asked for her supervisors name and a number to call back. Then give her a fake phone number and tell her it's your bancruptcy attorney and she should call him.

Shit doc at least they bothered to call you. Per their billing when the account is past due you have until the next invoice sent to get it paid. I have had to fall back on this a couple times. The last time they shut me down 6 days after the invoice. I got it paid before the next invoice was due to come out, but they didn't unsuspend my account until I paid the past due and current due. Then I got their wonderful email again telling me I have until the next invoice once an account has fallen past due. Wish they could pull their heads out of their asses and make up their mind.

I had the same problem with ebay recently.. was indentical as yous. man is ebay money hungry or what?
I have been an ebay member since 1998. Never had a problem before.. and then this?
