Who Has The Best Right To The Point Fraud Education Page?

The eBay page is in PDF format and may not be compatible with older computers. It also seems more like a Fluff Job by that Rob Chesnut dude hyping eBay and PayPal Security..

The Autotrader.com site just spells it right out in simple html that any old computer/web browser can load..

And you don't have to go digging through many web pages to find it. It's right on the front page! Autotrader.com cares about there buyers/sellers and it clearly shows!

Auto Trader does have good fraud info pages. I think that they should also have a warning about Western Union, especially wire transfers going out of the USA
