I cant remember how many times i have suggested eBay enable ID Verify for vehicle sellers. It would stop a lot of this bad seller fraud. But i guess all they care about is sending ole Roy Daves and his assistant Joseph DeMarco out on sales seminars signing up new car dealers.
So in essence an alleged bad eBay car dealer just comes back and registers another account. eBay used to be about trust and community back in it's old days. Sad to see this sort of shenanigans going on.
