Bid Bots Are They A Reality On eBay..

I get these robotic parasites registering accts over here all the time. And was thinking out loud what about a Bid Bot?

Could eBay be using robotic bots to deadbeat pad there bottom line?

But, That would make them unscrupulous amounts of money

This is a serious possibility!

Bot's can be programmed to do just about anything.. Just like Google and other search engine crawlers scour the web looking for information to report on, a bid bot is possible.

It could be programmed to scour only within eBay's Intranet and look for newbies selling something and bid to win that item. It is possible for this to be happening right now, But being an intranet crawler it would be nearly impossible to capture from outside.
