THAT IS PERFECT, just got my wife a lease BMW X3, lease rates is unreal.
I sold a 1 owner white 87 735 and had a 318. just looked at a 89 750il long wheel base with V12,black. i just dont have a extra 4000.00 right now....................
I had a 1989 750IL That once belonged to Wade Boggs..
Had to replace all the fuel injectors.. They have a way of leaking down overnight into the cylinders. On start up in the morning it ran real rich and wreaked of gas smell.
I loved the car, but they are just too expensive to keep on the road.. God help you if it tosses a timing chain, or needs a transmission! Not counting the hydraulic rear suspension, asc, etc..

the cost is a killer, we have 3 in the auto trader from 3k to 5500.oo all have 130 to 145 k on them. they have been in for awhile, nobody in thier right mind is buying a v12 , BUT ME , when i look at a car i look for service records ect, you can tell if they kept up the car or if they are a curbstoner like me........LOL
There was a 1988 750IL at the sled sale a while back.
Black on Black with 178,000 Miles! Had a little edge here and there but otherwise looked good for the year and mileage. Air was down but otherwise everything worked. No books in it either. I have never been afraid of a well maintained miler, But this one scared me away, It brought $6800 and the guy no saled it. Wanted 9k!
I have found most Beemers and Benzes have above average mileage, folks drive them more i guess..
Just sold a real nice 88 300SEL with 87k for 6400.00 and probably left money under the table.
Oh well that's car biz

Looks really nice Doc, but I prefer mine with a little rust around the rear wheel wells and from the North.
But honestly, it does look really nice and I'm a sucker for white vehicles. I can't buy no more cars, no place to put them, but I'm going to make room for the rat rod that will be assembled in a few months.
