eBay Suspended My Wifes Account!

I think that is really Chicken Shit!
It is one thing to have a stiff one for me, but to take it out on my wife who really don't want any part of it is BS! Just goes to prove what a bunch of corrupt jerks they really are!
Even though she don't use eBay any longer, after getting ripped on several things she bought. She did have a good feedback record of both buying and selling "irishcottagechic". eBay is trying to use Her to get back at me!!
The suspension email she received said she was suspended for associating with me.. What a bunch of corrupt jerks!!
But wait until Merc Exchange and Tiffany and company get done with eBay! The hand writing is on the wall!
Is there an Attorney in the house that will take this matter on a contingency??

ebay is so successful at removing problems like Mrs. Doc. You'd think they could remove NARU sellers who are still selling.

My wife had nothing to do with this Feud!
Using her to get to me is totally insane, and probably a serious legal issue! I am going to find out tomorrow!

That's pretty chicken shit of them to do that. Think it may be a long or permenant suspension of all accounts?
I have five eBay accounts to use, they can only trace one or maybe two back to me. Four of them are for family business, my name is not on three of them. I have found too much I can't live without on eBay, lot of crap and most of the stuff I can buy cheaper elsewhere. Some items I can't figure out why the prices are higher than the sellers ass. Cars rarely seem like a bargain, can buy the same locally for approximately the same price. Auto Trader has a better selection of what I'm interested in at better prices too. So being canned from eBay won't upset me none.
Screw 'em Doc, you're better off avoiding cowards.

just a venue?
they only use that phrase when someone gets ripped off.
they are way more than just a venue when someone has a beef with them.

My issue with eBay is this..
Since starting in the beginning days of eBay 1999.. I have helped to build "Their Reputation" as well as mine! The way i see it, They are Screwing all my hard work into the ground! And i protest it!

I'm not really too upset about being suspended. The part that bothers me is that they go ahead and do that to someone who usually only buys things on the website. I sold a handful of things a couple years ago but mostly go there to buy things.
Guess they don't really care about their sellers either or they would look into what a member does before they suspend them. Of course with all the money pouring in from fees why would Ebay care.
It also bothers me that I sent them an email on the 30th and they haven't bothered to answer.
Obviously they don't care about buyers or sellers; in other words they just don't give a shit as long as the money (fees) is rolling in.

She emailed them right after getting the suspension notice. And got the exact canned response i did! Didn't corn Cobb say they were doing away with canned responses?
This just shows how ignorant they really are! Loose a good long time member that did nothing wrong, just to get over on me!
Cobb is probably snickering, He won't be getting any for a while.. Hehehehe..

What a pisser. Does that mean when they suspend people from some of the more obscure email servers they'll hit everyone else on that server? I'm sure they aren't so dumb that they'll suspend every aol user but there are some pretty small groups that have set up email under their email server name.
Don't worry Mrs. Doc, I may flirt with married men but I don't touch. Al's the one who tries to get me to sleep with random men I meet in bars.
I got the boot also

I can't believe they can treat people this way. I was a power seller with over 1000 transactions 100% positive, and they suspended my account, they said it was linked to another account that was linked to another account for shill bidding. That was 4 days ago. I have not got any response to any of my emails. I have never shill bid, nor do I know anyone who has. You can even check me out for yourself, I manufatcure mineral cosmetics, most of my auctions go for my asking price, because I always start my auctions out at what I want for them. Also I was reading how everyone wants to sue Ebay. Why not take them to small claims court? You can sue for 5 grand, and they aren't allowed an attorney. I live in the southern california area, and It only costs like 27 bucks to file. I could even have a friend serve their San Jose office. Seriuosly, if we can get enough people to do this, in the same court, then someone will have to listen, mabie even the news. It is not hard to sue in small claims court. Deflamation of character would be a good one to start with. Or mabie we should all apply for welfare, and list Ebay as a former employer. I have sued 3 people in small claims court, and I have won each case, and I even know how to place leins, after a judgement, which means we get paid. I am very interested in this, because I own my business, not Ebay. Email me, anyone who is interested, we can even fill out the court forms via internet.

Hi Wendy..
Sorry to hear about your suspension. It is sad that eBay treats us like common trash! But it is catching up with them!
Bill Cobb is one example of a Poor Leader with his Smart ASS Attitude! It should be interesting to see the Q2 earnings report! The stock was up a tad yesterday but is sliding back down today! All this negative publicity is taking its toll!
Here is one example:
http://www.proautogroup.info
I don't know about filing suit, but it might get you somewhere.. We need some attorney looking to make a name for himself by filing a huge class action suit!
Good luck, I hope you get it resolved!
I might have found an attorney

Hello, I am so irate about this, I found an attorney and hopefully he will call me back. He has experience in class action lawsuits, his number is (415) 981-4800 Girard & Gibbs Law firm. I will post again when I get a reply. If I don't get a reply, I would be more then happy to go to small claims court. Paperwork is very easy to fill out. Take Care hun. Wendy
